.308 bullet Casing Key Chain Illusion Orange

This .308 Cartridge Keychain is hand crafted and assembled in-house. The casing is de-primed and a plug is pressed in to the case neck with two stakes for further retention. Machine work is completed in the form of applying a beveled edge to the plug as well as drilling the hole for the key ring. Following machine work, the case is initially baked in order to remove any residual dirt or grease. Each case is then media blasted and hand cleaned for best powder adhesion. Illusion Orange metallic powder is applied and final assembly of keyring and lobster claw is accomplished culminating in the beatiful item you see listed.
